A 5 star residential campsite in a 35 acre site
In the depths of the Drôme countryside in the French Provence, the 5 Star Residential Campsite. It has been awarded a 3 Sun Quality Rating, the highest in the Region.
It is a luxurious, superbly landscaped 35-acre site with a wide range of facilities and services. Just two koilmetres from the wine village Vinsobres and six kilometres from Nyons, which is well known for its olives and its own special micro climate. Blue lavender fields, vineyards, cherry, apricot and olive orchards line the small Mediterranean streets- a paradise for nature lovers. Lovers of noble wines will appreciate the fact that they are in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône region.
The campsite offers 230 well-shaded sites of about 100 m2 each with electricity, bordered by hedgerows. The campsite accepts tents, caravans, camping-cars, as well as 60 vacation rental chalets.
A mere three hectares of luxurious green surroundings the Aquatic Complex welcomes guests as well as day visitors. If you are a camping guest then entry is completely free! open from 09:00 until 20:00, you will find a heated indoor pool, with jets and whirlpool. A Pirate Boat (opening is weather dependant), an outdoor heated swimming pool with six slides, river, cascades, a lagoon and a paddling pool.
In addition to the Aquatic complex the campsite also has it's own heated outdoor swimming pool, exclusively for campers.
In July and August, from 21:00 onwards, the bar next to the lake offers entertainment with cabaret, band, karaoke, disco and on some evening a barbecue.
With no dedicated restaurant there is a snack bar that offers take away food and also a supermarket selling fruit and vegetables, other groceries, cheese, meats, bread and newspapers.
