Visitor comments

  • "Just south of the Roman Theatre, this lovely park is a wonderful, and welcome place to come to, escaping the sights and getting a bit of nature and shade. Small enough to easily wander, both up and down the trails that curve through the small park, which is enhanced by it being on a gentle rise in the hill, offering pockets of private moments and quiet." - Trip Advisor
  • "The garden is smallish, but very pleasant with nice plantings and plenty of benches. It also backs up onto the side of the amphitheatre, so the arches add an architectural focal point. Good for a stop when visiting the tourist office." - Trip Advisor
  • "These are lovely, peaceful gardens close to the town centre. They are well maintained and we enjoyed a relaxing walk through them. In one corner they adjoin the ruins of the Roman Theatre." - Trip Advisor
