Ochre Trail, Roussillon

Natural red rock formations to explore

Roussillon is famed for it's bright orange-red rocks, thanks to the natural ochre pigment found in the soil. These ochre trails take you through this landscape, and there are information boards throughout.

One of the walks is fairly short, at 30 minutes, the other will take an hour. It costs a couple of Euros per person and dogs are allowed on leads. It is open throughout the year except for January.
