Rural but well-equipped camping in the heart of the wine region
Relax and unwind at this pleasant shady campsite, where the emphasis is on good food and fine wine.
The campsite is surrounded by grape vines, mature oaks and poplar trees. The wooden cabins blend into the landscape and offer comfortable accommodation in a quiet and peaceful area. There are also pitches for tents and caravans.
The campsite has a tourist information center, grocery store, fresh bread delivery, freezer for ice blocks, sheet rental (on demand), fridge rental (on demand), laundry, and waste disposal system for caravans.
Other facilities include a swimming pool, table tennis, pétanque pitch, and children's playground. Weekly activities during the peak summer months include pony rides, games and entertainments.
The campsite has a bar and restaurant where you can, of course, sample the produce of the famous Chateauneuf du Pape vineyards.

The neighbourhood
The campsite is in a rural location, along a quiet country road. It is just 3km from the village of Chateauneuf du Pape.
The pool
The swimming pool is fenced in for safety and also has a smaller paddling area for little children. It is surrounded by a sunbathing area and trees offer shade at different times of the day.
The Bar
Enjoy a morning expresso, a cold beer or a glass of Chateauneuf du Pape wine under the shade of the parasols.
The Restaurant
The restaurant is open during the warm summer months, offering a daily menu based on fresh local produce. Salads, grilled vegetables, meat and fish dishes can be enjoyed on the terrace. A take-away pizza service is also available on certain days, so you can eat at your tent without having to cook or wash up.
Directions
The campsite is 18km north of Avignon along the D907, or or 12km south of Orange via the D68. The nearest airport is Marseilles, which is 100km south on the A7.
Child policy
Children are very welcome at this family-friendly campsite. They will find plenty to do, and extra activities are organised during the peak summer months.
