The Fete des Gardians see's the Camargue cowboys gather each year on the 1st of May for a Feast of the Herdsmen.
The Brotherhood of Cowboys tradition dates back to 1512, and is the oldest event of its kind in France. The event is celebrated with a horse and bull show.
