By Ellie Mahoney, Updated

Saddle up on your electric bike and head out to explore the wine growing region of Ventoux. You can ride by yourself or be accompanied by a guide or wine grower on your travels, for a more in-depth look at what goes into producing these local wines.

The self guided tour is sign posted along the way and includes two stops in vineyards where you can sample their produce and have a picnic to finish. You can do this every day except Sundays, reserve 48 hours in advance at a cost of 59 euros per person.

The guided tour takes you through the ancestral land of Chateau Bonadona and ends with wine tasting. This tour takes place every Monday and Friday from May to September and costs 37 euros per person. Reservation 24 hours in advance.

Both tours start at 09:30 at the Caveau Villes sur Auzon, 253 Route de Caprentras. Visit Terra Ventoux for more information and for details on how to book.
