Villa Porthos is located in the small village of Le Muy, just 15 km from the Mediterranean Sea and the Gulf of St. Tropez.
The towns of Sainte-Maxime, St. Tropez and Fréjus are within easy reach. This comfortable villa is located in the heart of the Cotes de Provence, the famous wine region that is famous for its rosé wines. At a short distance from Villa Porthos, you will find several wine cellars that offer the possibility of wine tasting.
Villa Porthos is located in a beautiful Provençal landscape in the Domaine Les Charles on a large private property. The villa has a large swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters with a sun terrace, a beautiful well landscaped garden, petanque court, closed parking and spacious terraces with beautiful views.
Villa Porthos is spread over 3 levels with a living room with a large lounge on the entrance level, a separate kitchen with dining room, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet.
On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bedroom with private bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 separate bathroom with bath and shower and 1 separate toilet. On the garden level you will find the ground floor with 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower, 1 separate bathroom with bath/shower, 1 separate toilet and a playroom.
Important to know: a pet is on request and the villa can only be rented from Sunday to Sunday. On the spot you have to pay the costs for final cleaning, linen, energy consumption and a possible pet.
