A weekend long olive oil fair and show
Organised by the Aix en Provence Olive Oil PDO Syndicate, this convivial festival celebrates the production of the new Aix-en-Provence PDO olive oil.
Throughout the weekend, producers and millers offer you a taste of the flavours of the olive oil and the many products traditionally made from olive oil produced in the Aix region, such as table olives, tapenades, biscuits and gibassiés.
Visitors can also appreciate the talent of the craftsmen who work with olive wood, and the Christmas floral arrangements put together on site by the Bouches-du-Rhône Florists' Association.
