Brangelina press on at Miraval

Chateau Miraval introduces organic olive oil to collection

featured in News & reviews Author Pam Williamson, Provence Editor Updated

Yesterday saw the launch of the first ever organic olive oil by Chateau Miraval, the property in Correns owned by former Hollywood power couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

Since their split in October 2016 the future of their property in the Var region and the vineyard of chateau Miraval has been uncertain. Despite rumours that the Chateau, the former family home of Jolie-Pitt and their ever-growing brood, was going to be put on the market, there has been no sign of the property being register with any estate agents.

Regardless of a sale it seems as though Chateau Miraval is going from strength to strength with the introduction of an olive oil to their current collection of red, white and rosé wines.

Miraval Olive Oil - 3 x 500ml bottles for €85. "Suave oil with notes of almond, hazelnut and artichoke barigoule. The palate is peppery with aromas of freshly cut grass. The finish is long, sweet, spicy. The noble bitterness at the end of the mouth gives it a beautiful balance."
