Les Pastras is an original organic Provencal farm run by Johann & Lisa Pepin, a Franco-American couple who left city living behind to produce a blend of organic produce and now run truffle hunting tours.

Go behind the scenes of the world's most secretive business. Take a tour of a Provençal truffle plantation, learn how truffles are cultivated and truffle dogs are trained, and go on a hunt for France's elusive "black gold" with professional hunters who know all the tricks of the trade.

You'll be regaled with stories of successes and sabotage, and learn to tell the difference between a real Provençal tuber melanosporum and its inferior Chinese and Italian counterparts. You'll also experience the lush tranquility of some of the most beautiful countryside in France.

Tours are followed up with an assortment of truffle hors d'oeuvres and Champagne, enjoyed while learning how to properly clean, store and cook with truffles.
