6 bedroom Villa in Le Muy. Sleeps 12

In the small village of Le Muy, just 15 km from the Mediterranean Sea and the Gulf of St. Tropez and close to the cities of Sainte-Maxime, St. Tropez and Fréjus, you will find this beautiful villa at the end of a beautiful driveway lined with oleander and cypress trees.

Villa Aramis is located in the heart of the famous wine region of the Côtes de Provence, famous for its rosé wines. Not far from the villa there are several wine cellars that offer the possibility of wine tasting.

Villa Aramis is situated on a 10,000 m2 plot of land enclosed by an automatic gate in the nature reserve 'Domaine Les Charles'. The villa is situated 150 metres above sea level, which results in an impressive view of the Massif des Maures. Your security and privacy are well guaranteed by the code entry. At the entrance side of the villa there is enough parking space for three to four cars.

Villa Aramis has a large swimming pool and a separate paddling pool with a waterfall. The access to the swimming pool can be closed off with a fence. Around the pool there are good opportunities to relax and you will find very comfortable sun loungers. Not far from the large swimming pool, there is a large playground (20 x 20 m.) and a petanque court. You will also find several terraces, lounge furniture and a barbecue.

The villa consists of: 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds. Furthermore, the villa has a large kitchen with dining room, a cosy living room, 2 bathrooms with bath, 2 shower rooms and 3 separate toilets.

Important to know: a pet is on request and the villa can only be rented from Sunday to Sunday. On the spot you have to pay the costs for final cleaning, linen, energy consumption and a possible pet.
