With its superb heated swimming pool of 11 x 4m, its large summer kitchen and its boulodrome, all the conditions are perfectly met to spend an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Alpilles.
This mas offers 5 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and a large and luminous living space composed of an open kitchen, a dining area and a lounge, all with access to the large and well exposed terrace.
All rooms are air-conditioned and the house is equipped with fiber wifi.
The house consists of:
Ground floor:
- Entrance hall with a guest toilet and cloakroom.
- A fully equipped open kitchen with a round table for 4 people and access to the outside.
- A back kitchen with an American-style fridge and a washing machine and dryer.
- Dining area with a table for 10 people.
- A lounge with a flat screen TV, a fireplace and two sofas.
- Bedroom 1: 160 x 190cm bed, desk, walk-in dressing and access to the terrace.
- En-suite shower room with toilet, double washbasin and shower.
- Bedroom 2: 160 x 190cm bed, a chest of drawers and a desk (with a screen left at your disposal). Open shower room with shower and washbasin.
- Garage with access to the pool house and separate toilet.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 3: 160 x 200cm bed, a cupboard and a desk.
- Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.
