Quirky collection of bohemian gypsy caravans, available for weddings and parties
Step back in time and stay in a genuine wooden, brightly painted caravan!
This campsite has a unique feature - a fine collection of lovingly restored historic caravans. Perched above the village of Saint Quentin-la-Poterie, the caravans can be rented out for weddings, parties, concerts and any other private event.
The genuine old caravans date from 1870 to 1970 and are increasingly rare. They have various histories and have come from the worlds of the circus, fairground, shepherds and gypsy travellers.
The camp ground measures 4000m² and has exceptional views of the Uzès region. The caravan site is sufficiently remote that you can party to your heart's content without worrying about noise. Fireworks are however not permitted, due to the understandable reason that the caravans are all made of wood.
The caravan site is in a remote rural area surrounded by wheat fields and open land. However, it is only 1km from the village of Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie.
The caravan site is 46km northeast of Avignon via the N100.
