A small friendly campsite surrounded by white oaks
Nestled at the base of the village lies Le Luberon campsite, with 75 pitches and 35 rentals. Reach Le Luberon campsite by driving through the Luberon, on the road from Avignon or the Aix-en-Provence road.
This is a 3*** campsite offering a warm welcome, quality maintenance and cleansiness throughout. Apt is an ideal base from which to explore the Luberon.
There is a free activity programmes for families with small children and in high season, the site organises daily activities for children aged between 4 and 12 years (from Monday to Friday). As part of the programme you can find: water games in the pool or paddling pool, cooking workshops, crafts, jungle speed and games on the campsite with the help of campers.
Meanwhile, parents can meet at the pétanque track or the table tennis tables. Unless they prefer to get a book at the library and relax under the trees of their pitch. At the campsite reception, you’ll find hiking guides to visit the Vaucluse.
You will find a heated paddling pool for children, a leisure pool of 8m x 4m, heated to a comfortable 26°C, and a swimming pool of 15m x 7m for some breaststrokes in the morning. On the pool side, sunbeds and low chairs will invite you to relax under the sun of the Provence.
At the campsite bar you can enjoy a cocktail with friends or taste an ice-cream on one of the comfortable garden chairs on the terrace.
Although there is no dedicated restaurant onsite, the staff will be happy to recommend a restaurant in the nearby village. Every morning from April to September, you’ll be woken by the delicious smell of the local baker who will bring fresh bread and pastries to the campsite. In high season, the snack bar makes pizzas twice per week. On Sundays nights, the campsite organises a welcome drink with a presentation of the campsite and the area, followed by a giant Paëlla in a friendly setting.
