Luxury rural hotel with its own vineyard and an excellent restaurant
Set deep in the lush Var region of Provence, this country house hotel is set within a 550 hectare vineyard. So if food and wine are high on your agenda, then you may well want to consider a stay in the this charming Provencal hotel.
There are 19 individual styled bedrooms and suites, decorated along a chic Provencal theme, and include modern comforts. All rooms include flat screen TVs, wireless internet access, a mini bar, safe and DVD player on request. Suites and larger rooms generally have private terraces.
The hotel also has a vast array of other amenities including a luxurious spa, fitness room, cooking school, tennis courts and swimming pool. And of course, there are several tours and tasting sessions of the domain’s vineyard - perfect for the bon viveur!
The Restaurant
There are three restaurants onsite. The Orangery gourmet restaurant serves fresh elaborate dishes using organically grown produce from the chateau's own gardens. The Bouscarelle is a brassiere offering light lunch menus on the terrace. Lastly, at Le Bistro, you can pop in for a quick snack, a cup of tea and cake or even a picnic hamper to take with you when exploring the gardens.
Child policy
One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds and one child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 50 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

Chateau Entrecasteaux, Entrecasteaux
The 17th century castle was first restored by Scottish artist Ian McGarvie-Munn in the 1970's. It's current owner, Alain Gayral has redecorated the castle with genuine antique furniture, paintings and tapestries.

These caves were formed some 700,000 years at the end of the last ice age. They are the the result of a slow calcification of plants and mosses in a huge waterfall that covered the whole of the current cliff.

Some 50 white marble sculptures by Maria de Faykod, renowned sculptor with numerous existing works. She had the original idea to open a garden which exhibit some of her work to the public.

La Plaine des Maures is the first natural park in the Var department, to the north west of Saint Tropez. It is renowned for it's umbrella pines and cork oak trees, and is rich in fauna and flora.
