Domaine la Milliere Vineyard, Chateauneuf du Pape

Chateauneuf du Pape AOC situated close to Orange

Imprint
Updated

The estate was acquired by the Arnaud family, Fernand Arnaud, in the 1940's when the vineyard was side by side with fruit orchards that included cherries and apples.

Fernand's son, Aimé then quickly joined his father and devoted his life to vines and wine. The estate is now fully viticultural, spread over an area of 26 hectares, with some of the vines having been planted between 1891 and 1920! These are still bearing fruit of the Grenache grape which are emblemmatic of the Chateauneuf du Pape region.

Tours and tastings are available from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and then again in the afternoon from 14:00 until 17:00. And wines are available for sale direct from the estate.
