Who should go

It is the perfect place to unwind with friends and family.

The pool

To keep you entertained throughout the day there are three pools, large enough for serious swimmers, tennis courts and a Spa offering various treatments.

The Restaurant

The hotel boasts its own gourmet restaurant. Michel Hulin, the chef, uses local organic produce to create his dishes. The tasting menu on offer is certainly worth a go. It showcases a different delicious, locally produced, olive oil in each dish!

Visitor comments

  • "Some of the most comfortable accommodations in the region are in these five low-slung stone buildings. The hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant is flanked by a vine-covered terrace with views of a pond, garden, and a rocky and barren landscape that has been compared to the surface of the moon. The cuisine is sublime -- light and flavorful, with an emphasis on fresh produce. Specialties include scampi ravioli, spit-roasted lamb, and sea bass grilled à la plancha." - Frommers
  • "This hotel is great for families. It has 54 rooms and plenty of space in which to play or relax, with a swimming pool, access to riding stables, and a restaurant with one Michelin star. The whole thing is a good deal less formal than Oustau." - Conde Nast Traveller
