La Mirande Hotel
Opulent luxurious & historical hotel with a gourmet restaurant
La Mirande is a 5 star 'grand dame' luxury hotel that has been decorated with 18th century interiors, period tapestries and chandeliers.
The 20 bedrooms use antique wall hangings and Indienne fabrics along with modern fittings to create a luxurious and relaxing haven for guests.
The public areas include terraces and gardens with plenty of secluded nooks and crannies - a welcome tranquility after the bustle of the city.
The hotel also runs a cooking school with some of the best chefs in the region. Courses are offered in both French and English. At the end of the class you are able to invite your partner and friends to join you in tasting your creations.
The gourmet restaurant provides fresh and creative cuisine with a Provencal theme, and the bar offers old-school cocktails in a delightful salon.
