This is the perfect place to relax, with a lovely wooded garden, a beautiful 8x4m tiled swimming pool, a gazebo and a orangerie that has been converted into a summer kitchen.
Ground floor:
- The entrance leads to a large living area consisting of a lounge, a dining room and a spacious open kitchen that is fully fitted.
- A staircase leads to a laundry room.
- Bedroom 1: 180x200cm bed, TV, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe and lounge access
- Bedroom 2: 140x200cm bed, wardrobe and air conditioning
- Shower room shared between both these rooms with two sinks, a shower and a toilet.
- On the other side of the house and a few steps down, there is access to a superb orangerie consisting of a
- relaxation area and a large summer kitchen.
1st Floor:
- Bedroom 3: 160x200cm bed, TV, shower room, walk-in wardrobe, WC and air conditioning
In the annex:
- 60 m² studio apartment consisting of an open kitchen and a lounge with access to a courtyard and parking area.
- Bedroom 4: 160x200cm bed with en suite shower room (1 sink and toilet), dressing room
