With a capacity for 14 people thanks to its 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, you'll be able to bring the whole family or your friends together for an exceptional holiday. The house and garden are ideally designed so that everyone can enjoy their privacy, with many independent areas.
The estate covers more than 5 hectares with a large 13 x 7 m swimming pool, a petanque area and a floodlit tennis court.
The house consists of:
Ground floor:
- Entrance hall.
- Lounge with outside access to the patio, multiple sofas for 14 people to sit comfortably and a fireplace.
- A TV lounge with 3 3-person sofas, a flat-screen TV, a library and access to the préau.
- A room with a large fireplace, a guest toilet and a cloakroom.
- A dining room with a table seating 14.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with a Lacanche gas-powered piano, a table for 6 and outside access to the east-facing terrace.
- Behind a sliding door you will find a second professional kitchen with 2 fridges, gas hobs, 2 dishwashers, a steam oven, a traditional oven, a plate warmer and outside access to the patio.
1st floor:
- A lounge with 2 large sofas, a desk, a cupboard containing a sink and a table-top fridge and an access to the outside onto a terrace with garden furniture for 6 people.
- A laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers.
