Leave the village and head towards the point on the map marked on this walks location (after the Romanesque sheepfold building on the main road). Take the path on the right that heads between two buildings. After these buildings take the trail on the left. This follows the edge of a cliff and offers great views of the shady aspect of Reillanne and Cereste. Walk amongst the Austrian pine and the Calavon valley. After a short while you will be overlooking some of the most northerly olive grows.
At the bottom of the slope, turn right, towards the Rossignol valley. The trail starts off flat then climbs to reach the left hand side of the valley. On the way up you will notice the areas where the stones have been mined to build the Bories. Then following this along the trail you will see the old Bories, constructed hundreds of years ago. Take time to appreciate the building techniques of past years.
When the trail meets the road, take the path to your right that will lead you back tot eh starting point of this walk.
