Stylish boutique hotel that famously evicted Vincent Van Gogh
Gorgeous hotel in the centre of the Roman town of Arles. Designed to within an inch of it's life, this 18th century country house has 13 rooms decked out in white billowing fabrics and French country furniture. Think Ibiza-esque.
The exterior includes a stylish swimming pool and terraces, and dinner can be arranged if requested in advance.
There are also spa facilities for an extra cost, open to guests and non-guests alike. A bonus for Arles is the free car parking if you're doing a road trip.

The neighbourhood
Situated in the heart of Arles, just a short walk from the Amphitheatre. In fact, everything from restaurants, to bars and shops are easily reached on foot from the hotel, making it a popular option.
The pool
The hotel's stylish pool is fairly small and more for a refreshing glide than an active swim. Set slight back from the terrace surrounded by boarded green gardens.
The Bar
The bar opens out onto the terrace and the pool area. It has a minimalist interior with clean comfortable white sofas and white washed walls. The bar serves light snacks food until 9:00 p.m.
The Restaurant
There is no restaurant. However, the pool bar serves light meals and snacks to keep hunger at bay without leaving the hotel.
Directions
By Air:
Nimes is the the closest airport and is about 30 minutes away. Marseille airport is 50 minutes away.
By Car
Take the E80 to Arles. Once here, stay on the motorway until you reach the Boulevard Georges Clemenceau exit, taking this until you see Rue Gambetta on your left. The fourth left after this will be Rue Jean Granaud, which will lead you to Rue de la Monnaie on your right. You can book a parking space at the hotel in advance for €28 a day. It's closed at night, though, so let the hotel know if you're arriving after 9pm and they'll reserve one of the three temporary courtyard spaces.
By Train:
You can get the Eurostar and TGV all the way to Avignon. From Avignon it is a 30 minute journey to Arles and the hotel is a 20 minute walk from the station.

Chidlren of all ages are welcome to the hotel. Extra beds cost €30.
