This property is south facing with its swimming pool (12x6m) heated (option) and secured (alarm) covered with electric bubble cover and its large beach. The house is located in a quiet but not isolated site, close to several villages and their amenities. You have a view on a field of olive trees and on an authentic borie.
50 min from Avignon TGV – 1h from Marseille airport – 20 min from the A7 of Cavaillon. A cosy place to spend your holiday with family or friends!
The house consists of 2 parts connected by a spacious covered terrace including a large iron table with chairs, a BBQ on gas, a chest with kitchen furniture.
Except for one, all rooms have access on the south facing terrace. The main part of the house has a hall with toilet, a cosy living room with open fireplace, TV and view of the garden. Then, you have a luminous spacious dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen (Induction, oven, fridge, micro-wave, dishwasher, Nespresso, juicer etc.) A utility room with washing machine and dryer and supplemental refrigerator.
