Ground floor:
- Entrance hall with guest toilet and cloakroom.
- A large living room opening onto the terrace with its large bay windows.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a central island.
- The central island extends into a dining room table for 8 people.
- A large lounge with TV, fireplace and 3 sofas.
- The entire living area is air-conditioned, which also provides cooling for bedroom 1.
- Bedroom 1: with a 180 x 200cm bed and plenty of wardrobe space.
- A full en suite bathroom with double washbasin, toilet, bath and shower.
- Bedroom 2: Independent studio with 180 x 200cm bed, cupboards and air conditioning.
- En-suite shower room with double washbasin, shower and toilet.
Garden level:
- Located below the ground floor, you will find a sleeping area with two additional bedrooms.
- Separate toilet.
- A shower room to be shared between bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 with a washbasin and shower.
- Bedroom 3: with a 180 x 200cm bed, access to the outside and cupboards.
- Bedroom 4: with two 90 x 190cm beds, outside access and cupboards.
- Outside access.
- Cellar with storage space, washing machine and American-style fridge.

- Large enclosed garden of 2700m2.
