A beautiful hotel situated between the lovely villages of Roussillon and Gordes. The charming old stone farmhouse hides 24 elegant bedrooms and suites, some of which have private pools.

There is a gourmet restaurant run by the Michelin star chef Xavier Mathieu and a bistro where you can enjoy coffee and lunch on the terrace.

As an added extra this hotel offers cooking lessons for those that want to learn some tips from the master chefs. A perfect accompaniment if you are choosing to visit Provence to sample the delicious food that is on offer in the region.

The Restaurant

Fine Provençal flavour and the cooking of Xavier Mathieu awarded by the Michelin guide. Cuisine which combines originality and tradition of the Mediterranean and seasonally reinterpreted cooking. Closed on Tuesday lunch, Wednesday lunch and Thursday lunch.

Cafe de la Fontaine - a great setting in this coffee bar come Provencal Square. Great regional produce, simple and contemporary cooking. Dishes are dependant on seasonal availability.
