The property is located at an altitude of 400 metres, providing a view of an amazing landscape, and enjoys a wonderful swimming pool area which is doubly secured by an automatic shutter and a safety grid. The large decking around the swimming pool provides a fantastic relaxation area offering peace and quiet with an exceptional view of the Greater Luberon. Air conditioning throughout the house

The ground floor has:

A lounge with fireplace, a large fitted kitchen, a TV area separate from the lounge, and a double en suite bedroom.

• Bedroom 1: 160x200cm bed (hotel quality linen) – cupboards and adjoining shower room with sink, heated towel rack and a WC.

Two steps lead to three further bedrooms:

• Bedroom 2: 160x200cm bed with walk-in wardrobe and windows on either side of the room
• Bedroom 3: 160x200cm bed with wardrobe.
• Bedroom 4: two 90x200cm single beds.

The three bedrooms share a shower room with a sink, heated towel rack and a separate WC.

On the lower level (garden level)

• Bedroom 5: 160x200cm bed, dresser and bookcase with lovely view of the wisteria.
• Bedroom 6: 160x200cm bed with wardrobe and outside access.

Both bedrooms share a shower room with sink and WC.

Other facilities: high-quality bed linen, Wi-Fi (slow connection for large downloads), fans, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, hairdryer, DVD player, table football table.
