Provence is a vast region, stretching from the mountains in the north, through rolling hills and perched villages, all the way to the Mediterranean coast and as you'd imagine there is always something to see, do, taste or experience.

Each month and indeed each season offers the discerning visitor to Provence a little something different. From farmers markets to guided tours of lavender fields and olive farms, to large music festivals, culinary experiences, art installations and cultural events, Provence is a great place to visit at any time of the year.

We've picked out a few highlights of the 2017 calendar below but you can find even more events and things to see and do across the whole of Provence in our Events Calendar
